cloudflex is a terrible company for customer service. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and they are never able to do it right the first time. Ive had to call them about every issue with my account and they dont seem to care. Ive also had to call their customer service number and leave a message but they always take only one or two minutes to get back to me. Whats going onThe user has TYPEahead of them and is looking forward to learning more about their experience at cloudflex. They are very disappointed with the lack of customer service and not being able to change their policy on how often they can call customers teams everyday.cloudflex is an effective senior engineering team that takes care of issues faced by users across several products. However the company provides poor customer service which makes it difficult for users to returning PRODUCTS they have already bought from other companies. More often then not users
