CloudNesil is a scam company that bilks people with high-pressure sales pitches and then demands money up front. I never wanted to use this company but my family insists on using them because they know the security features are good. Well the security features are great for about two months after you sign up for their service and then it starts crashing all the time. My kids were having to change passwords all the time because of this And now their schools computer is fried because of their agreement with CloudNesil Do not ever go near this company - theyre terrible at what they do and will take your money without giving you anything in return.

CloudNesil is a scam company that promises to provide you with the most reliable affordable and secure cloud services. The first thing they did was try to sell me on their useless 10 per month subscription plan which I found out wasnt very reliable either. Then they tried to promise me that their upcoming beta service would be even better than any of the big name providers out there. Unfortunately beta testing never seems to materialize and my experience with CloudNesil has been quite negative overall. Avoid this company at all costs

CloudNesil, Review Specifics:
.I was this companys customer service rep for a while and I did not enjoy that experience. The customer service was unprofessional and the customer service representative never seemed to be happy unless she was helping people who spoke on their phone in the office. She would always be trying to answer questions that didnt need answered and would even help someone who was struggling with a question but then leave them alone to die. There were times when I would ask her a question and wed have about 10 minutes left in the conversation and shed be gone. Overall I did not enjoy my experience at CloudNesil and will not be returning customers.
