They are incredibly unhelpful and do not take the time to understand what youre trying to do or how they can help. In addition their turnaround time for responses is often very slow. Overall this company is a complete waste of your time and money.

Customer support is very poorly organized and difficult to use while the automation features seem like they would be really helpful if they were actually working. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone
