Cloudtheory is a terrible user review site. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to writing good reviews. Every review here is going to be negative and many of them are because Cloudtheorys own users have been reporting issues with the companys website since at least early this year. In addition the site has been struggling to keep up with all the customer feedback - now even later on in 2019 - as well as recent videos and articles written by current and former employees about the networks progress which describe an already impressive story. The entire system needs some serious work done on how to make sure reviewers can write quality reviews thatare helpful for everyone around them too- like making it easy for people to read the Reviews and reply quickly such that readers can find any problems or mistakes before anyone else gets into trouble.
