I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them to ask about a software development project that I was working on and the woman who answered the phone said she couldnt help me because she was too busy doing her own project. When I asked her why she wasnt helping me she told me that it was too late for her and hung up on me. This is not only unprofessional but its also very rude. Save yourself the trouble and dont use Clover Dynamics for anything.

I just bought a cloverdynamics.com account and am immediately attacked by a lot of negative feedback. The most intense aspect of this attack is the first few days after buying the account where people are very critical and act like their experience was not good. They are also very quick to give negative reviews of all other activities on the website. I have no idea how someone can maintain such a high level of positive feedback throughout their entire career when selling software development products

has terrible customer serviceWe just got our new development company account with Clover Dynamics. I have to say the customer service here is terrible. Ive had several issues with my first company and they never occurred to me as a problem. Now of course there are different types of customer service here from time to time but so far its pretty bad. We get sent an email every time we start a new project with their helpdesk support but they seem to beessler more about their own business than doing anything helpful. The best way to describe it is that they are a low-cost alternative to other development companies but the customer service is terrible. Thank you for the opportunity to left
