RepairI am writing you this letter because I feel like we are coming under some lot of attack at company clutchsolutions.com from user who have different reasons than just simply asking for help with their IT support needs. This is especially true when it comes to the business side where people think that they are only able to offer services as far as their technical knowledge allows them. Well heres what youre going to find in my opinion The company is indeed known for its iTrade solutions and they provide infrastructure help desk services too but they seem to be down there on the task at hand more often then not. Heres why I believe that The bad news is that their customer service may actually be one of the worst Ive ever seen They always seems to need something extra despite having a core team that is extremely diverse in both experience and Knowledge Base that also happen to includeFX chips. And Doggy Play TimeCompany clutchsolutions.com is a business that provides IT Support Services to Infrastructure Owners and Developers. However the company has since gone out of business and it is currently in its current form as a service provider for nothing but trouble. The company was founded by two people who were not very experienced in customer service and instead relied on their own expertise to create an excellent company culture where employees work together with common values to deliver great services. However things have changed now so much that the entire program has been turned around because of this persons experience which is why they are still there today despite all the good times they used to have working there. The only way you can find these problems with the company is if you dont ask them when you sign up for a trial orif someone tells you about them while were sending our customers through the door . They would rather not say anything even though their product and what they provide isnt top
