I have had the pleasure of working with many companies in my career and I never had the opportunity to be in the customer service or in the business side of things as long as cm-mitchell.com has. They have been great for issuing questions and helping me to grow my business but every time I have worked with them I have felt like a Vendor in the industry. severely undervalued and very shortstaffed positions.This company is a total trainee program where you are given a one time job offer which is only for students who failed an entrance exam. I did not pass it and am now looking to get another chance at it because of this companys lack of care for their employees. If you are not willing to put in the extra effort to learn and be patient then this is not a good place for you.I would not recommend this company to others except that they care about their employees and want them to succeed.
