Inc. is not a reputable companyI contacted CMB Solutions Inc because I was having trouble getting my patient contact information from my previous healthcare provider. The customer service rep told me that they would be happy to help with that but said that I needed to get a new Patient Contact Form from the old healthcare provider. They also said that it would take them some time to get this done - even though it had been done before in other businesses. In the meantime my patient contact information was still being stored on their computer system Needless to say I will not use this company again and recommend anyone else who has similar problems to do so as well.

They are instead only in the business of selling HME Patient Contact software which they claim to be able to help you with your Compliance needs. However this software is nothing more than a fraud and does not actually help you with anything. Do not bother getting involved with CMB Solutions Inc.

Inc.I was this companys customer service agent for a few years before that. I did not like how they always were looking for new customers and never met any needs until the last few years. They would start out good offer more features and then add more features without getting inside their customers head. It made it very difficult to get started with my training and now Im not sure what Im supposed to do.

I am sure that many of these people have been dealing with problems with their patients since the day they started working for CMB Solutions Inc. In light of those reviews I want to ensure thatThe companys customer service is only interested in making money The companys customer service is only interested in making money and not in helping customers with their Patient Contact needs. I for one have no interest in getting my patients contact changed out without also getting the latest on their health this is not what customer service is supposed to do. Thank you for your help
