Came to this site to buy a home. Purchased one online and it was terrible. Unit had no heat windows were dirty and the locks didnt work. Called customer service and they told me to come back in two days because there was a warranty on the unit. I came back in two days and the unit still wasnt working so I called customer service again and they said that I needed to bring myunit in for repair. Claimed that since it was over a year old it must have been defective. Told them that I would rather not buy another home until this one is fixed because of all the problems that came with it.

I just returned from vacation with my family and am very disappointed with cmfirstgroup.com. The site was incredibly easy to use and fun to deal with but when I got home I found that company had been deleted and all of my items were gone Im not going to go through the procedure of hiring a search engine and finding the source of the problem - that would be too difficult for me - but I did find some issues on this particular site. I will never use this company again.The user has quality points but also reports problems with every other site theyve used in the past.

I have had two issues with this company and I will never use them again. 1 I ordered a item and it was corrects the problem but when I send more information they change the instructions to say the problem is that your device is not compatible with this product which is a total scam. 2 I received a phone call from customer service claiming they had been working on a new product for a week and they would be available to help me out with another order. They were not. The only time they would ever contact me was when there was an unforeseen problem with another order. So if youre looking for a business like this one youre going to have to start using other companies first.
