I have never had such terrible customer service. First of all I was told that there would be no problem with the order because the product was in stock and then when it wasnt they said it would be sent immediately. Then when I got the product it didnt work properly and they said I needed to return it. After calling them back and forth for an hour-long conversation I finally got ahold of someone who could help me fix the product and then charged me 50 for their time Absolutely not worth it at all.

But when I checking their website all they have is a soft-tech website. There is no such thing as Home - CMITEXPERTS SOFTECH LLP. Theyre just selling a fake service that doesnt exist at all.

Im not sure what this company does but I dont think its good. They have terrible customer service. Ive had to call them up multiple times to change information about my computer. Ive also had to send emails and ask for help. Not always getting an answer. Sometimes they wont even take their own email until you get back to them. Then you have to try again from scratch. Overall the customer service here is terrible and its often difficult to get through to them.
