I was this companys customer service representative for a while now and I can say that I have had the same high rating with them throughout the years. They are always here to help you with anything that you need. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. They always make sure that I know my rights and ensure that I am fully understanding all my needs. Overall this is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service.The company cmma.com has low ratings 2 out of 5 stars. I have had two years of service on cmma.com and it has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a computer site. From the moment you sign up for a account to the day they let you go there is never one real easy or tedious thing to do everyone seems to have their focus on something else but your job isnt even given a fair shake. The user interface is BORING... And its not just the content management either all of the options for creating reports are very good only that someone would find them quite so convenient was able to find ways how to make more money like paying people who worked night shifts instead of 8 hours over.
