I have had the displeasure of working with this company for over a year now. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. They never seem to understand what youre trying to tell them or how to help you. Second their prices are outrageous. Ive seen companies charge less than CNSiwi for the same services they provide. Finally their products are not up to par either. Their support has been nonexistent and their website is unreliable.avoid this company at all costs

I was this companys customer service agent for a while. I was promised multiple phone lines and they only offered one. Im noweky of the many user reviews which say things like 5 starThis is my first review. We were promised multiple phone lines and we never received that information. The other customers who have had this experience with us have also had nothing but good things to say. So Ill give them all of the benefit of the doubt and just believe that it was maybe something that was Frapsed over or something.

I was this companys customer service specialist for a while now. I have had the bad experience with them before so I know how they work. They are always here to help you if you need help and they are always willing to talk about any problem you might be experiencing. They have great technology that makes it really hard for me to give good customer service but that is okay because I get great customer service from my employees who work their tails off to make sure I am happy and suitable for the task at hand. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service
