CoActiv Medical Business Solutions, Review Specifics:
Coactiv.com is a terrible customer service line. They never seem to be able to get the message through to them that this is not something they want to continue with. This company is all about the money and they clearly dont see that in our users. They keep giving them new problems to solve like how can I change my name if Ive given up on changing my email address But of course no matter how hard we try its just not going to happen. Weve seen enough issues with Coactiv being capacity depletion and general communication issues with their customer support left open so that they cant help us care about their product but instead of helping us better understand it.We suggest you dont use this company at all and find a different solution for your needs
