I used to work for this company. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and the quality of their products. However now that Im out of work and dont have any need for fiber internet or voice solutions these companies are nothing but scams. The owner of coastcom.net promised me a free installation when I made an appointment to come by his office but never followed through. He also promised me a discount on my next purchase if I referred him to someone else but never did anything to show gratitude. In addition he changed the locks on my office door after I left so that no one can access it anymore without going through his personal security system. Do not use this company if youre looking for good customer service orquality products - theyll just take your money and run away.

Wireless Codecheck 3 Go I just got off the phone with a Coastcom customer service rep. We were trying to get ahold of someone on the phone and she couldnt find their account number. Im not sure if youve ever had this happen but its really easy to run out of money. Ill never use this site again.

However this company is in the business of Fiber Internet Connectivity and Voice Solutions. The companyRCN Grande Wave Digital West is the only one with a fiber optical network. I find this solution theoryeele and find it to be useful. However I do not think that this company is worth your time or money.
