Cobb Systems Group is a complete system integrator. They have done a great job for me in the past but this time they did not deliver as promised. I had to contact them multiple times and eventually got my order delivered on time but the quality of the product was lower than what I was expecting.

"I Just Bought A New System From Cobbsystems Group And"

I just bought a new system from Cobbsystems Group and Im extremely disappointed. The system ispitiful in many ways and the customer service was terrible. I had to contact every single one of their departments multiple times and they were not responsive. The support ticket was taken advantage of so i had to go through the customer service department who was much more responsive than what I got from Cobbsystems Group. Overall Im very unhappy with my recent purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone.

I have had this company since they started up and they have been terrible with their customer service.
