I have been a customer of Cobraguard for over 3 years now and couldnt be more pleased. The staff is always willing to reply to my questions and offer advice on the best way to improve my COBRA system. Their software is top-notch and Ive never had a problem with it. Overall I would highly recommend Cobraguard to anyone looking for quality COBRA services

CobraGuard is a complete sham. I have used their services twice and both times the service was terrible. The first time they could not connect to my COBRA account and then the second time they said it was because of a technical issue and never actually did anything to help me. They are just a scam company that tries to scam people.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible the software is and has been useless and the COBRAGuard service is absolutely horrible. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my issues resolved. Save your money and dont use this company.

I have had little luck with cobraguard.net. The their customer service is non existent The support is slow and confusing I have been a customer for about 2 years now and I have never received a dime of the companies services. I am not a paid subscriber and did not sign up for a benefits plan. I have never been happy with cobraguard.net until now.

"I Was This Companys Customer For Over A Year And"

I was this companys customer for over a year and a half. I never had an issue with them. Then my account started to improve they always do. But then it suddenly stopped working. They did not know what was wrong with it. I bought a new computer and they were supposed to send me a new computer every time my old one broke. They only did that once and then stopped sending me Computerlys. There was no way to reach them in the past few months. I even sent them weekends e-mail and they never responded. No one is ever interested in getting help from people who have low ratings like this.
