I just bought a Cobras system from cobrasystems.com and it is the worst experience Ive ever had with a online purchase. The customer service was horrible and they are all chubby people who said things but didnt tell you everything. I expected more of a support line and not somebody who was working on an order. There was no tracking in the email about what came in the order or when it would be delivered. Finally they didnt even bring my Cobra system into the office to see if it worked and then say were sorry we have to charge you for that.I dont think Ill use this company again until somebody tells them how much of an disgrace this is.

I just got my new Cobra Systems Inc. computer and Im terrible. The first time I tried to use it I could not even get the first result to show up. I spent hours trying to order a product that was not going to be delivered to my house. I finally got one of the engineers in customer service to call me every which way but the company and he still could not get it to work. By the time he finally got it working he had already left the office for other jobs. Cobra Systems Inc. is terrible and I will never use them again
