I contacted Code and Pepper after reading some terrible reviews. I was really looking forward to using their services but the experience was not what I had hoped for. The people who work at Code and Pepper are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. They were also very difficult to get ahold of. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

There were many similar sites like it then and these same guys are still available now. I have used them for product development developing new technologies for businesses and managing our website. They provide such great tools that its hard to not just rely on them yourself but recommend people else should too.
