is a complete waste of timeI used Codebeef to get a UK Ruby on Rails Contract Developer job. I was very disappointed with the experience. The guy who interviewed me didnt understand what I was saying and he kept asking me questions that were irrelevant to the position. He also told me that I would only be able to receive payment for my work if it was good quality which wasnt true at all. In general this company is just a waste of time.

However I feel that it is necessary to share my experience with this company so that others dont fall for their traps. First and foremost Codebeef does not have any legitimate business models or practices. They instead market themselves as a contract developer service which means that they will only work on projects that are specified by the client. The clients typically pay them in cash and then never hear from them again. In addition when you contact Codebeef they always ask for your personal information email address phone number before refusing to do anything else. Finally their prices are extremely high compared to other developers rates - even though they claim to be able to provide quality work at an affordable price. In summary Codebeef is a scam and should be avoided at
