"Codeex Is A Very High-end IT Company. However Their Services"
Codeex, Review Specifics:
Codeex is a very high-end IT company. However their services are often times expensive and time-consuming especially when you have to worry about the security of your data. I always felt that their services were Axisballs games - they did not seem to care about their users or the overall quality of the service. For example I was extremely disappointed when my Codeex account was lost in the migration process. Instead of being bound by our support policy we were given a single call center request that require months of work only for them to finally get back to us. In addition our system was highly customized according to our needs - yet again we were left out in the cold. Finally I would like to add that our team members are great and do an excellent job - just different from other companies I have worked with before. But after we had our account taken down he said Were sorry for what we did which made me feel really uncomfortable because
