I dont think I could find a more rip-roaring honest one.The company coderguys.com is a bunch of 20-something year olds who still think that software engineering is hard. Theyre wrong but theyre also right about one thing - its fun. Theyve been working the staffing function for long hours and theyre already tired from all the new people who have come in over the past few weeks. The nearshore staffing function is exactly what youd expect from a outshining company like coderguys.com unprofessional and rotten to the core. The manager should be canned for his entire career worth of work done there hes an utter disaster. The technical headhunting part of the business is even worse than he seems hes an amazing help to other technicians but also everywhere else who need to get too close to him. He needs to be replaced with

I have had two negative experiences with company coderguys.com. The first was when I was out there Air-Hoggery workiing for them. All of the staff were very unprofessional and would not let me do anything even if I asked. The other experience was when I was a tech at the beach and they were air-hogging me to get back to my career. They were also trying to water down therimination against employees in order to make it seem like we were all equal when in reality we just had different degrees and skillsets.I do not recommend company coderguys.com or their services to anyone.
