In fact one customers solution had them Thiefing Emails on their computer Additionally the company has had people taking advantage of free trial periods which has resulted in customers being charged more than they were worth. And finally when trying to get a decision from a customer service representative the user found that they would be very patient but also had a high chance of becoming confrontational.
