We do this by taking the data from businesses and making it easier to understand search and get the information you need fast. But were not perfect- sometimes we make things hard to use or process the data correctly. Thats why we offer a 100 refund if you dont meet your expectationsWe created Codeshaper because we wanted to make business life easier for our customers. However some of our features made things difficult for users- like having to input multiple information fields in order to get a single result. Additionally other times when Codeshaper was wrong about how something worked- like telling a customer that they had to pay by PayPal before getting access to their account statement - which was actually false and caused a lot of anger among our customers. So we offered a 100 refund if people didnt meet their expectations
