I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them and they said my password was incorrect so I had to send them pictures of my work computer because their computer did not recognize it. Then when I tried to use the code they gave me it wouldnt activate my account. Im going to have to call back and ask for a different code since this has been going on for weeks now.

I have had several experiences with company codesmartinc.com. All of them were negative. The first time I had to deal with a customer service person who was extremely unhelpful and refused to help me out. The second time I had to deal with a person who was very ignorant and didnt understand what they were doing. The third time was the worst. They gave me a number to call but never sent me a message when I needed to get in touch with them. I got in touch with them after about four weeks and they still hadnt sent my code. I finally got it from them on aATED that they would not be able to send it back because it was defective. So now I am stuck with a product that nobody took care of ME while THEY were out of the country Something is wrong with this business or something.

I recently had the opportunity to work with CodeSmartINC. I was impressed with the soon-to-be-completed project and their vast knowledge in the IT field. However I was quickly met with a user experience nightmare due to various issues that needed to be addressed. The most important part of this review is that I was not received an issue within the system in question instead there appeared to be an LISP coding error which resulted in the site being down for days at one point. I would not recommend using CodeSmart INC without completely changing your entire approach to coding and feel confident that you are working with someone who has years of experience and knows his stuff.
