I contacted Codexalters Techlabs about developing a website for my business and after several months of silence they finally replied with the following message We apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. We are currently working on new projects and will have more news soon. In less than 24 hours I received another reply from them stating that my project was already cancelled because our resources are now focused on other projects. They also said that they would never RESPOND TO MY EMAIL IF THEY ARE WORKING ON OTHER PROJECTS AND THAT I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN IN THE NEXT THREE MONTHS TO REQUEST A refund. Unfortunately this is not the only problem with Codexalters Techlabs - their website is absolutely terrible. The page loaded quickly when I first accessed it but within minutes it stopped loading completely. Additionally many of the

I was promised high-quality mobile app development but instead received cheaply made and poorly designed apps that were almost unusable. is a scamI am not impressed with this company at all. They are in the business of development companies that do not actually develop any software but rather create web designs and apps. I was told by one of their employees that they have been doing this for years and that they have a team of highly skilled developers who can create anything you could ever dream up. However after spending an hour on their website looking for something I wanted to develop I found nothing but scams and fake reviews - all of which look very similar to each other. Do not bother going to these guys - they are definitely not worth your time or money

However there are some low points that I think should be mentioned about the company in order to give you an idea of how it could be better. CodExalters is a company that provides mobile app development responsive web design and techlab work. However the company has yet to provide a proper customer service experience. I have had quality issues with this company before and I believe that it will have again in the future. Unfortunately these problems wont go away quickly or easily but they do show that this company is still relatively new and may have some positive aspects compared to what we saw before.
