"I Was This Customer For A Year Or So And"

I was this customer for a year or so and then I got a bill from him for 4000 on line services he didnt need. I had to call him back many times because of his service rates and he never called me back. I even sent him an email asking him to change his service rates and he never answered my emails. The line was always long and he would not stop calling me even when I would give up. I finally told him that I couldnt take it anymore and that I was done with this business.

This company is bad in more ways than one. Their web design development company was always quick to let me know when something needed to be fixed or improved but when I asked for feedback on their CRM system they never received it. I even sent them an email asking for the attention of the developer but they never replied. So I had to send a note to the company itself to see if they were still interested in this project. NOPE They evidently are no longer in the business of Codexnation - Web Design Development Company Perfex CRM Serivces. Sad news overall.

This company is just a waste of time and money. The customer service is terrible and always has been but they get away with it because of the power they have over the customers. Ive had to call them up multiple times due to problems with my CRM software. The problem is that this company has no idea how to work with a CRM software so they need to be right at the customers house to avoid problems. This company also would not let me run a test on my software so they couldt Billing me for the results Overall I have had enough trouble with this company and will not be continuing its business.
