Cogentco is the worst company ever They dont even know what theyre doing when it comes to customer service. Ive had to call them a million times and no one ever seems to understand what Im saying. And when I finally do its usually because my communication device isnt working right and they cant help me fix it. Definitely not recommend this company

CogentCo.com is a terrible company. They dont do anything except make you wait forever for your service to start and then theyre really slow in getting it done. And their customer service is terrible too - they always say things like Well try again later or Im sorry but we wont be able to help you with that. Its just not worth it.

I just bought a disability from cogentco.com and the customer service was terrible. I had to call them multiple times and they never responded to me. I even got a debunked warranty from them. So I would say that the customer service was pretty bad.
