The only thing good about them is that they offer a few services but overall their customer service is terrible and their products are very expensive. Their ERP systems are also very complex and difficult to use.

I have had a lot of experience with company coherent.net and they are all good people. However this review is going to be negative. From the beginning there was customer service issues. The support team was unable to find any issue with our software until after the fact. They did not seem to be familiar with our product or the usage patterns of our customers. We have since resolved the customer service issues through email and phone calls but we believe that our original issue was worth it in the end. so Id give them a bad review again
