I just received my new computer and absolutely terrible service from customer service. I called multiple times and had to call because I was not getting help from the go-between. The Jeff the most time he could get out there was good at trying to get me a warranty and get a free trial so I could try and fix the issue but it was really clear to him that I wasnt causing the issue. He would often say were sorry we dont know whats going on which was frustrating because he seemed like he wanted to do something about the problem. Then there were other times when he would be very slow and ask me if I wanted a refund or to speak with someone about my issue who ultimately didnt happen. Overall customer service is based off of behavior not actually providing services as well as those around you will usually make or break your contract with them.
