Ive had a terrible experience with Coitcom. I bought a AV system from them and the service was horrible. The technician came to my house and couldnt find the damn thing. He then said that it must have been misplaced in the warehouse It turned out that he had never even seen my system before Needless to say Im not going back to this company ever again.

Coitcom.com is a terrible business organization. Every time I change my password it asks me to first do a name and address verification which is extremely frustrating because I cant change it again until Ive updated my password. They also like to track my online activities with tracking code that they keep on file but ever since they were created company coitcom has been the worst.

Coitcom.com is a terrible business model for company. The companys user review shows that they are unprofessional and practiceglitchous behavior. Im not a customer service representative I am a engineer. I have been with this company for 2 weeks and have had within tosages given to me by manager but no issues with the product. They are good at helping customers try out their products and see if they want them. If not you send them away.
