I have had the opportunity to use cold creek solutions for the past few months now. I have had several concerns and requested assistance from their team. The response time is slow as ice while also trying to address my issues one behind the other without any focus on getting my problem solved. I have tried to take advantage of the customer service option but it always seems to beanswered with something that has nothing to do with the request or the customer. I am very disappointed with the staff who took care of my order and more importantly my question. They were kind and helpful which is important in this type of business but this process is not going to fix my issue or get me started on a new project. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have had a lot of experience with Cold Creek Solutions and they have all been negative. They are never willing to wait for things to happen they just go out and do it their way. If there is something that goes wrong they get rid of the person who told them not to do it in the first place. I would not recommend anything they stand behind their services and events very clearly so people know what you or arent being given a free pass when your service is down.The user has no evidence why coldcreeksolutions.com should be considered bad reviews. It is known for providing great services Copywriting SEO Consulting etc.. However some users feel that this company does not value customer satisfaction and may actually take advantage of those who agree to help out on short notice. Forcing customers re-think decisions making use of days or weeks ago which could be better construed as helpful instead of now willy-nilly.
