"I Was Really Disappointed With"

I was really disappointed with the company colohouse.com. I started out by trying to find a cloud and managed service only to find that they were not available in my city. Then I found out that their prices were way too high for what I wanted. Finally after spending hours on the phone with customer service I realized that they did not have what I needed and ended up cancelling my order. Do not bother using this company

1 star - terrible customer service.I have a data center in Miami and I had to contact Colohouse because my colocation for the past year was not working as it should be. The customer service agent told me that because I moved out of state they could not help me with my issue but would refer me to someone who could. I called this person and he said that there was no one available to help me fix the problem and referred me to another agent who couldnt do anything about it either. Do not use this company if you are living in Miami

This company is terrible. I have never had such a negative experience with any company in my life. The customer service is absolutely awful and they wont do anything to help you. They just want to charge you more money for the same thing. Overall avoid this company at all costs

I moved out of state a few weeks ago and left all my materials at home. I called colohouse.com to find amanaged service plan that would keep me offline while I am in town. I was told that is was because of the cloud and they would need to order more than were available through normal channels. Thank you for nothing i have been charged twice now for the same services.The user has issues with how company works and how their services are hemorrhaging money due to their carelessness.
