ColumbusData.com is a terrible company I ordered data from them and it was nowhere to be found. They told me it was mailed but when I got the email there was no tracking information included. The data wasnt even accurate. Overall this company is a waste of my time and money.

Im writing to tell you about the terrible experience I had with Columbus Data. The company is in the business of Columbus Data and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I asked them a question about my credit score and they answered it incorrectly. They also told me that I needed to have a new credit report done because my old one was inaccurate. I didnt believe them so I called them back to verify what they were saying. When I called the woman whoanswered the phone said that she couldnt do anything because she wasnt able to find my old credit report. She then told me that she doesnt do credit reports anymore and that I would need to get a new one if I wanted her help with anything else Needless to say this experience was unprofessional and very embarrassing. I completely hated this company They did not even send me my data that I paid for. They told me to go to their website and type in my information and it would show up there. I tried doing that but the website didnt work. I also tried emailing them but they just dont respond back. So if youre looking for a horrible Columbus Data company then youre right on track

I was very disappointed with the Columbus Data company. They did not have what I needed when I needed it and then when I asked for help they were not able to help me even though their customer service number was on the website. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Columbus Data is a terrible business in Spartanburg SC. I have had to call them multiple times to change my information and they have been very slow in getting my information changed. Ive also had to call them about money issues and theyre not going to help me with that. Overall Im not impressed with Columbus Data and would not recommend them.
