DefenseThis company is a complete scam. I bought a home defense system from them and within 2 months the security system stopped working. The customer service was horrible and they would not do anything to help me get my system fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SecurityComdyn.com is a very bad user review. The company has and always has been terrible at customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my security issues fixed. They are also HORRIBLE at emailing me answer tickets. I have had to start using other services since they have not been so horrible at customer service. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

InsuranceI purchased a policy from company comdyn.com. I was completely disappointed. The policy did not have a small business as the only category for which it would allow me to purchase. It also did not seem to require any input from me on what type of small business I wanted tosmall business in. After purchasing the policy I then had to contact customer service to find out how my account was getting different than other customers. I was told that I needed to purchase the policy with my other account first because comdyn.com was not allowing us to add accounts like that. So when youre looking for a small business insurance plan this is not the one.

SecurityI just received my Comdyn account and was excited to get a free line of code. I never receive those codes directly from the company. Its always difficult getting access to freebies as an online customer but nothing is more frustrating than waiting in line for hours like me. They never send me any kind of email about it either. So I cant speak to their success rate but anyone who is looking for a good security solution and someone to talk to about their concerns this is not it.
