Company commsult.com is a middleman between users and services. It offers a lack of customer service in many ways. One common issue is that the company does not take care of its customers properly. For example if you dont place an order right away theyll send you a COD Customer Order Distribution which is only going to lead to more work for theserver. However when I called them up because I was looking for a service that I had used before they said they didnt have any services like that. So I thought ah this isnt good may as well give my money back.I also found that there are very little chances for customer support even though the company has been started by the owner himself - a complete unknown at this point. In total I spoke to Customer Care only once during my visit and after that he wouldnt listen to me again either. The rest of my conversation was on phone or no
