Im very disappointed with CommTech.com. Ive been a customer for over 30 years and have never had such terrible service. The first time I contacted them they were extremely rude and told me that there was no way I could get help because the problem was outside of their control. The second time after hours of trying to access the problem they finally gave up and said that it was my computer that wasnt working correctly - not their part. In both cases their attitude and service was terrible. Do not recommend this company to anyone

Do not use CommTech.com - their services are terrible and their prices are outrageous I have used them for years and have never had such bad service as I have had with CommTech.com. They will not answer your questions they do not care about their customers and they will not let you work on a project until its complete - no matter what Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else - you will be much happier doing so

Do not use this company. We have had two different systems installed with them and both are failures. The first system was ridiculously buggy the second one is just fine but they charge an arm and a leg for each system which is crazy.

The customer service is terrible they are always quick to sell a new product or service but always leave the customer feeling themselves. I for one would not recommend this company to anyone.

Every time I call them there is an old account set up with no one ever received the messages or Scientist updates even though I contact them constantly.antine pulaskiI use company commtech.com for many years now and have never had a better service anywhere else. Only problem was our computerallahol coincidence with new years day made our old account look like a top secret military website. Now we are back to the beginning- from how it started anyways customer service is always available should they need to be called back due to issues with their account or the site overall
