I was extremely disappointed with company communicaretechnology.com. I ordered a pulsara real time team communication across healthcare entities and was very disappointed in the product. The communication was very slow and there were many errors in the transmission of information. Additionally the customer service contact information was outdated and not up to date with the latest changes within the company. Overall this product is not worth the money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The staff are terrible at communication and they keep on trying to push their products or services onto you without doing anything himself. In the beginning it was easy to RTF team communication across healthcare entities with this company but now they have turned into a completely different company altogether.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
