Customer Service is terrible and they dont care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my computer fixed updated and even after system recovery. I have had to pay for services that were not delivered. This company is nothing more than a customer service line. They are not worth your time or money.

Company CommunityIt has always been a bit of a mystery to me why they offer IT Support for Nonprofits for so little money. I have used their site a few times and never had the response time that I was expecting. instead of getting response from me in the short amount of time it took them to get back to me I have gotten communication that is far beyond what I was expecting. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
