I called them to help with my computer security issue and the guy who answered the phone said that he couldnt do anything about it because he was too busy helping other customers. Computer Connections.com is a terrible company. They always make it easy for you to return your device but then they dont take back the device so you end up going through their system again. Ive had to contact them multiple times about this and they never have any interest in helping me. This has caused my internet access to be life-threatening as I need to get online every time I sign in to try and fix my situation. Please do not recommend this company to anyone.
