Do not use compassmsp.com They are terrible atcybersecurity and their hosting services are terrible as well. I had to change my password a few times because they kept giving me new ones and didnt bother to back up my old one. Save your money and dont use them

I just checked out company compassmsp.com and I am very disappointed in their services. They are both managed IT services and VOIP companies. I have a business that needs help with managing our technology and its been going through many different solutions from these companies before. I didnt like the experience here or the people who work here. There is no customer service here and its always cold feet when it comes to getting back to customers. Its like they want you to move away quickly but cant actually do anything because its all about the customer first. The customer service here is terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had no success with this company. They are always ready to offer a new and not so good solution when they can. I have had to call them multiple times because they are not taking the time to help me out with their customer service and I even get a message that says There is a problem with your account please try again later. A company like this will never be able to help you in an emergency. They are always ready to sell you a plan that will fail but in the end youre going to get nothing in return.
