and Phone SupportIve had a bad experience with this company. First of all the customer service is terrible. Theyre always asking for new information or services that havent been provided yet and they seem to be really impatient. Second of all their IT support is horrible. They keep telling me that I need to upgrade my computer or phone because the software isnt up to date and there are some problems with the phone. Finally their phone support is even worse. They wont help me fix my phone because its not broken but they will tell me that there are no plans for updates for it and that I need to get a new one. In general I wouldnt recommend using compassnetworkgroup.com if youre looking for dental office computer support or IT assistance.

They do not seem to care about their customers or whether they are meeting their needs. I have had to call them multiple times for help with my computer and even though they always try to give me an answer within a few minutes the issue still persists. I would not recommend this company to anyone

We were also told by one of our team members that we needed to vacate to their office and they did not have any money for airfare Overall this was an unhappy experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
