Instead they just create more red flags for people who need to stay compliant. Compliance Assistant is a great tool for developing and maintaining governance risk and compliance software. However I had some issues with it. The first was that it did not seem to understand how to export data into different formats. For example I would get an error saying that the data needed to be inmpired too much. Then I had to explain to her that data should be exports into fat text and image files. It also seemed to not care about formats when exporting data into new formats. For example I could export my companys plan list into a fmt file but not into a PDF or office document. This tool was really trying too hard and making me feel like it was just doing nothing but need for us as developers and users.I think that Compliance Assistant needs more focus on exported data quality so that it can be improved by other users who might have experience with this problem.
