I absolutely hated this company. I ordered aclaimed item and it arrived damaged. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They told me to email them the pictures so they could fix it but didnt even bother doing that. Then when I contacted them about the damage they said well you just had to let us know because we would have done something anyways. Completely ridiculous. 1 star

I have been using this site for years now and has always had the same results only better with age. I have never had any issues with it before so it must be good because this site has been terrible for me since day one. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I just got my first post- Ampule experience with CompuClaim.I started with the basic claim am I getting a good deal on my used equipmentYes we offer a great deal on our equipment - sometimes less than half the price of local stores.But whats the point of using CompuclaimThe point is to get your data back onto your computer without any help from us. You can do that with our simple online process or with a service like Google Earth.

I am sure that company compuclaim.com is a great site but I have had several bad experiences with them. The the first time I was there I did not get my order delivered to my house until after 9 days. I was very angry and started an account to see if there was anything they could do to take care of this. And there wasnt anything we could do because we are already caught up in the moment.
