I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The people working here are so unprofessional and dont seem to care about their clients. They told me that they were out of stock on some product and when I asked them to tell me what it was all they could say was we dont carry that product anymore which is completely false. Dont waste your time or money with this business.

Ive been a customer of Compugoalinnovationlab.com for over 10 years and have always had great experiences However I am writing this review to warn others about the companys recent business practices. First they are now charging customers for added features that were not originally included in the product. This is especially egregious because it means that their customers are being forced to pay more for something that they may not need or want. Additionally their customer service has been incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when it comes to resolving any issues. In my opinion this is a clear example of businesses trying to take advantage of their customers by designing products with less value than what was initially provided. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they can promise me that they will be careful about future practices and will only charge for features that are truly necessary and useful.
