I have had trouble with this business for a while now. I have been using DreamHost for site not found and domain name services. The service is good for small businesses but the company has failed to live up to their end of the bargain promise. I have sent them customer service issues through email and they do not seem to care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with this company. I was aadian customer and the site that I used to do my online studies found out about them and then stopped working. I started a support ticket and got a response from the customer service within days. I was really appreciate their help. But now theyve gone and made their own site Now I have to find another source of education because there is no site here that will help me in order to continue using my account. Please fix this issue as its pretty much causing me frustration and anger.

I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first time was because I was overcharged for my hosting. I reached out to the office and got a response back in about 10 minutes that they would do something about it. They also said they would take care of any money back concerns I had. However next week there was a different error and overage on my account so I took the offer to try a smaller provider and get back to them about money back. Ive been trying to reach the president but hes away on vacation. Its been almost a year now and weve never gotten communication through email or phone. So Im at a loss right now as to what went wrong with my past two experiences.
