"I Have Had Three Years Of Notice And"

CompuTech City, Review Specifics:

I have had three years of notice and time to fix this problem. I have not had that opportunity. Constantly having to contact service to get our broken into the correct location is frustrating. Please improve our customer service by providing a history of any events where we were contacted about the broken into locations. We have had two days notice for this issue but it has not been fixed.This company is terrible at customer service and always working around the clock to fix problems they havent caused. They are very often than good but their work ethic and attention to detail leaves much to be desired.

I have just returned from Cummings Computers in Orlando Lake Mary Longwood Maitland. I was very disappointed. The service was poor and the prices were too high. The customer service person was not helpful at all. They told me that my computer was to blame and that they would try to get a new computer for me but they never did anything.
