I have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. This computer consultants company is the worst. I called them and they said they would send me a bill for my purchase but never did. Then I got a bill in the mail for 154.95 They are also charging me for something that wasnt even bought through their company- a mouse Save your time and money and dont use this business anymore.

Company Computer-Consultants.com is a terrible domain name The company has been in the business for less than a decade and their products and services are not worth the price of one months rent. More importantly their customer service is Drive me to other websites doesnt seem to work with this company. I have sent multiple emails and it still doesnt work. I also had a conversation with the customer service person who said that they would get back to me about this but havent even received any response. Ive spent hours on line trying to get this done himself and he still doesnt respond This is a used domain and its time to sell it already.

.I was this companys customer service representative for a while. They were amazing. However now they are no longer here. I asked for their contact information and received nothing. I also received a call from them asking me to come in to the office but I refused and gasp got went through the door in my high school-aged childs bedroom without her. This is not what customer service expectations should look like when its ten years later and youve just about given up on finding help from anywhere.We recommend looking for other customers reviews of company computer-consultants.com to see if any helpful advice has already been given.
