This company is a complete joke. I have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. The first time I called them they told me that their software wasnt available because it was out of date. After spending hours trying to find an updated version I finally gave up and canceled my subscription. Then the next month they charged me for something that didnt even exist. And the month after that they said my account was locked because I hadnt paid for a years worth of services What a scam

Computercare.com is a terrible business organization. They are always willing to sell their product for a higher price than what you would expect from a company of their caliber. However when I contacted them for a customer service issue with the delivery of my purchase they were very slow in providing an answer than which line of conversation they would be available on. Overall I have had extremely poor experiences with this business and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

I just bought a brand new computer and I am so excited to use it. I have never been able to do anything because I cant seem to keep my hands off of the computer. Ive been using computercare.com for a while now and I must say that this company is the best money Ive ever spent. The products and services they offer are top notch and they always come out with a new idea or product that makes me happy. Plus their customer service is amazing you cant go wrong with anything they sell.

I have never been received into the customer service or even seenknew about the product they are selling.astounds me that someone would ever fall for this companys notion of being affordable and features ERP software. I have never seen any of the equipment they are carrying or been given an opportunity to ask for one until now. I predict another five star reviews wont come until there and then.
