"The Customer Service Is Terrible. I Called To Get My"
Computer Concepts, Inc., Review Specifics:
The customer service is terrible. I called to get my computer serviced and the person on the phone said that they could not do it because my computer was out of warranty. Then they told me that I had to bring my computer in to get it serviced which I did not want to do. After getting my computer serviced the person told me that there were no plans for me to have a new computer until after Christmas and then they would charge me 240 for doing so. Overall this company is a waste of your time and money.

This company is terrible I have had to call them multiple times for different issues and each time they seem to make it their priority to be frustrating me. My last issue was when they said my computer needed a new hard drive because the one I had been using for years was going out. They told me that if I didnt want to get a new hard drive then they would just tell me that my old one was outdated and not worth warranty service. In addition this company also charges exorbitant prices for services that dont actually solve the problem.

Computer Concepts is a terrible organization. The staff is unprofessional and the service is poor. I have had to call multiple times to get my computer cleaned turned off and re-powered. In addition their customer service is terrible--they are always slow to help and do not seem to understand how their users feel about their products. I would not recommend using this company.
