I used company computercompany.net for my IT needs and was very disappointed with the service. The first time I called the tech guy said he couldnt do anything because my system was infected and needed to be cleaned. I then had to call him back multiple times because he wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor. The second time I called they told me that they couldnt do anything because my system was infected and needed new hardware. Finally after talking to so many different people at company computercompany.net I finally got someone on the phone who could help me fix my system and charged me more than what I would have paid elsewhere. Avoid this company if you can

CompanyI am writing to you because I was very disappointed with my last IT company company. net. They did not deliver on the project we agreed upon and had problems with it as a result. So Iesery high-pressure tactics to get the project done took away the joy out of it. And their customer service was terrible too. I would not recommend this company at all.Company Computercompany.net does not provide managed IT services but provides information technology services for businesses in the Hartford Connecticut area. However they have been around for years and have providing quality service to their customers by then taking care of projects through communication and getting things done like no other company would.
